Si è tenuta poche ore fa la serata di premiazione dei VES Awards 2019 (Visual Effects Society), i premi assegnati dall’associazione degli artisti degli effetti visivi.
Celebrata al Beverly Hilton di Beverly Hills, la serata di premiazione dei VES Awards 2019 ha visto trionfare Avengers: Infinity War, oramai sempre più vicino all’Oscar 2019 per i Migliori Effetti Visivi. Il cinecomic Marvel, però, è riuscito a portare a casa solo il premio Migliori Effetti Visivi in un Film, sulle sei nominations ottenute.
Chi ha brillato, con 4 premi su 4 nominations ottenute, è stato Spider-Man: Un Nuovo Universo, per il film d’animazione si tratta di un’altra importante affermazione dopo quella ottenuta dagli Annie Awards, solo pochi giorni fa.
Per quanto riguarda, invece, le categorie televisive, grande exploit per Lost in Space con ben quattro vittorie.
