Roma vince i premi della critica negli Stati Uniti

Roma Alfonso Cuaron

Il Leone d’oro Roma diretto da Alfonso Cuarón sta conquistando sempre di più la critica internazionale, tanto da aver vinto i premi della critica di Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, New York e Philadelphia.

I premi della critica fungono da cartina tornasole per avere un’immagine – seppur anticipata – di quello che potrebbe accadere la notte degli Oscar, con il film di Cuarón che potrebbe avere alte possibilità di conquistare premi prestigiosi, posto che quello di Miglior film straniero sarà sicuramente suo.

Molto apprezzati dalla critica d’oltreoceano anche La Favorita di Yorgos Lanthimos (Leone d’argento a Venezia), First Reformed e Se la strada potesse parlare.
